When you sign up as an affiliate for Keyword Pro you are deemeed to have read and agreed with the following Terms and Conditions:

Residual monthly commissions cannot be sold, transferred or assigned.

Once you have referred a customer who subscribes to Keyword Pro, the customer becomes a customer of Keyword Pro.

Commission payments will be made through PayPal. Affiliates must have a PayPal account.

Commission payments will be made in US dollars.

There are two commission accounting periods per month commencing on 1st and 16th of the month. Commission payments will be made twice per month. For commissions earned between 1st and 15th of the month, commission payment will be made on 1st of the following month or as near as possible after that date. For commissions earned between the 16th and end of the month, commission payment will be made on 16th of the following month or as near as possible after that date.

Where a customer's subscription payment is the subject of a charge-back as determined by our payment processing company, the appropriate percentage of the charge-back will be debited to the referring affiliate's account.

Keyword Pro reserves the right to reject any subscription order that does not comply with our rules, operating procedures and policies.

As an affiliate, you are solely responsible for ensuring that images and text you use in the course of your affiliate activity obey all applicable copyright and other laws. Keyword Pro will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted material in violation of the law.

Keyword Pro subscription pricing is determined by Keyword Pro. Prices may vary from time to time, and without notice. Keyword Pro policies will always determine the price paid by the customer.

Keyword Pro will make every effort to keep its web sites operational. In the event of any temporary service interruptions, the affiliate agrees Keyword Pro has no liability for any consequences of such interruptions.

Keyword Pro reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions in this agreement, at any time and at its sole discretion, by posting a new agreement on our web sites.

Keyword Pro makes no warranties, representations or conditions with regard to the program or any subscriptions sold thereunder, whether express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement or any implied warranty arising out of course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade.

Keyword Pro shall have no liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program, even if Keyword Pro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Disputes arising herefrom shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
